Our individual clients (candidates) will have encountered Jones Davey through the conduct of an assignment or from a direct recommendation. Due to the level of research and time involved to get to know our candidates, our consultants can only work with a handful of candidates at any one time.

We offer a reverse search process for candidates which is modelled on the client search process. We take the time to ‘get to know you’ and once the individual requirements have been agreed and set, we identify and approach Firms that can meet the candidate’s specific needs confidentially without disclosing your CV, name or current employer. Our goal is simple – to secure multiple offers of employment.
