Jones Davey are on the search for a Trainee Head-Hunter to join us at our Birmingham office. No experience in the role is necessary. Full training will be provided – but we are looking for the right attitude.
We are a high-end executive legal search practice, with a gold-plated reputation in the legal sector. We are not a traditional low-end recruitment business.

Jones Davey provide a specialist executive recruitment service to the legal profession. Our approach is based entirely upon in-depth research and analysis to identify the very best candidates for law Firms and legal teams.
We focus on the high-end projects – usually with strategic requirements, which are often difficult to fill. These are senior level roles with fees ranging from £35k to £80k.
